About Us

AC Fitouts is a building company that specialises in shop, office and factory fitouts. We also specialise in commercial bathrooms fit outs and renovations.

We hold the QBSA Builder low rise licences which gives us the ability to construct buildings up to 2000m2 and up to 3 storeys high. We are a very ambitious company which started in the year 2000.

Our office and factory is at 1/24 Kohl Street in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Our company name is Airey Projects Pty Ltd and we trade as AC Fitouts or Airey Constructions.

Our company focuses is on customer satisfaction and delivering to our clients a stress free fit out while providing them with a quality product on time and to budget. Part of our success is our personalised friendly services that we give our clients and the healthy and conscientious attitude our staff have towards their work. We have many qualified tradesman working full time for our company in many different aspects of the building trade from carpenters to plasters to cabinet makers.

We also have a vast dependable base of qualified and licensed sub trades which work well with us to finish the required product on time and to a high quality standard.
